Our Exercise Referral Practitioner, Aleksander Albreht, will have an initial telephone call with you to establish your relationship with food. Following your telephone conversation, you will receive a welcome email containing a lifestyle questionnaire from our nutritionist expert.

You will also be sent an invitation to meet with Aleksander at our private studio or at home, for a relaxed session that will include a fitness and lifestyle assessment. evaluating your fitness and current lifestyle is vital when creating and developing your personalised nutrition programme.

Following your lifestyle & fitness assessment, Aleksander will design a personal nutrition programme that will focus on improving your diet and enjoying healthier foods.
