Me and my husband got married a few years ago and this is where my health transformation took place. I didn’t feel good in my body, in my identity. Aleks completed a number of different qualifications; including Level 2 Fitness instructor, Level 3 Personal Training, BSc Health Science and Nutrition Advisor (Association of Nutrition Certified) and worked as a Level 4 Fitness Instructor at The Gym Group.

We have been helping clients from 2019 and have already seen 100s of different clients changing their lifestyle.

Do we only train members of the LGTQ?

No. Our private gym and studio is open to all our clients. We have a strict no discrimination rule where everyone is accepted, no matter what size, shape or sexual preference.

Do you have special training events?

Yes, we sometimes have a Kinky Training session where our clients like to dress up to work out. A bit of fun and motivation goes a long way in getting into shape.
